Leadership Coaching
– Your Path to a Thriving Team
Leadership coaching is the solution for you if you want to be sure you are a good leader all the time.
You might be new as a leader and occasionally want to discuss some of your leadership questions and dilemmas with an experienced coach and leader.
You might have questions such as:
- How can I be a good leader without working over 50 hours a week?
- How do I motivate my employees when tasks are challenging?
- How do I ensure a good working environment?
And you might see yourself in this description:
“You are dedicated to your workplace, your employees, and the tasks you solve together, and you want to do well so that you can stay there for many years. You are an expert in your field, and now that you also have a leadership role, you need to manage both the professional level of the tasks and ensure that everyone delivers as they should, while also maintaining a good working environment. This requires the right insight and understanding so that both you and your employees complete tasks at the right times.”
A leadership coach can transform your workdays from lingering in your mind long after you’ve clocked out to the conclusion, “Finished for today. We continue tomorrow.”
That leadership coach can be me. My name is Susanne Würtz Waltenburg, and I run the company SISIO, which is built on the experience I’ve gathered over 25 years working in various leadership positions. During this time, I held roles such as International Product Manager at the manufacturing company Avery Dennison, as well as Marketing Manager and Director at Nestlé.
I absorbed knowledge about leadership – both through courses and professional books – and I saw firsthand which leadership methods worked best in various situations.
This knowledge now benefits other leaders, as many are appointed to leadership positions without the appropriate training. Leading others and making a team or department function well, both professionally and socially, is a skill.
Knowledge you can now access in a leadership coaching program with me.
Planning a Leadership Coaching Program
If you’re considering a leadership coaching program, we start with an open conversation of up to one hour. During this meeting, we find out if the necessary trust and openness is in place, and I learn about your situation in order to determine if I am the right leadership coach for you. I also provide an estimate of how long I believe the program should be.
If we agree to proceed, you will answer the following questions and send your responses to me via email:
- If you had to give this program a title, what would it be?
- What topics do you want us to cover in this program?
- What goals do you want to achieve with this program?
Your answers ensure that I know the minimum we need to cover, so I can plan the program accordingly. If other questions arise during the program, there is of course room for them as well.
When we agree on the program, I recommend that we schedule all meetings from the start – ideally with 3-4 weeks between them – so we can both plan accordingly. If you need a more intensive program, the intervals can be shorter, and we can reschedule meetings if necessary.
The conversations take place at my office, Ole Suhrs Gade 21, basement left, 1354 Copenhagen K, or online.
However, if possible, I always recommend that we meet in person for the first session, so we have met face-to-face before continuing the conversations online.
All sessions last 2 hours.
