Seeking Help to Plan the Good Life?
Are you facing a change in your work life that will affect your entire life?
Or a change in your private life that will impact your work life?
Perhaps because you have a new job – maybe as a leader – or because you are returning to the same job after parental leave or illness, and you need to balance your time and energy between work and private life.
A day has 24 hours, and if you need to find 2 more hours each day, they must undeniably be found somewhere. With life coaching, you gain insight into what is most important to you. Therefore, you can adjust your activities so that you continue to do what you find most meaningful while managing the extra tasks currently on your plate.
Of course, your goal might also be the peace of mind that comes from generally having more time.
Life coaching focuses on three things:
- The Wheel of Life, where we look at the parameters that make up your life today and how well they function
- Clarifying your values so we know what is most important to you in both your private and work life
- Methods to bring more of the right and good elements into your life so that you can live in accordance with your values
The Importance of Knowing Your Values
The question of values is one of the most important aspects of my coaching, almost regardless of the topic. There are never right or wrong solutions, but there are solutions that fit different sets of values.
In life coaching, I will ask you questions such as:
- What is important to you? Both in your work life and your private life?
- Which tasks and people give you energy?
- Are there tasks or people that should continue to play the same role in your life as now?
- Are there tasks or people that should play a lesser role?
- What are your goals? Both in your work life and your private life?
- How much should your work occupy?
Based on your answers, we will plan your new life so that you achieve what you need while making informed decisions about what to leave out. And who knows: you might not even miss what you choose to leave out.
It might also be that time isn’t your primary challenge, but that life or work demands something different from you than you are used to delivering.
Perhaps you need new tools to:
- Find balance in “it all”
- Maintain the “no” you know is the right answer
- Express your opinions more clearly
Whatever you need new tools for, life coaching can be the answer. And I can be the coach you’re looking for.
About Me
My name is Susanne Würtz Waltenburg. I graduated from the Aarhus School of Business (now part of Aarhus University) and have worked for 25 years as a leader at various levels in large companies.
Therefore, some of my most important tools are my ability to ask the right questions at the right times and my knowledge of how people and businesses work. These are tools I have honed over many years, and I can use them both across companies and in close conversations with individuals who need advice or a new direction, such as in life coaching.
If you are considering a life coaching process with me, I am happy to have a free introductory conversation with you for up to an hour. Here, I will learn about your situation and decide if I am the right coach for you. If we both say “yes” to each other, I will assess how many sessions you will need, and we can plan the upcoming conversations right away. Sessions are often spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart so that you have time to reflect on what we discuss between meetings. If you need the conversations to be closer together, this can of course also be arranged.
Before the first session, you need to answer the following questions by email:
- If you had to give this process a title, what would it be?
- What topics do you want us to cover in this process?
- What goals do you want to achieve with this process?
If additional topics come up along the way, we will of course address them as well. But your answers ensure that I know what we need to work on at a minimum during the process.
All sessions last 2 hours.
Unless otherwise agreed, all conversations take place at my office, Ole Suhrs Gade 21, kld. tv, 1354 Copenhagen K.
Online meetings are also an option. However, I would appreciate if we could meet in person for the first session, if possible.
