SISIO ApS builds on extensive work experience

My name is Susanne Würtz Waltenburg, and I own and run SISIO ApS, offering coaching and advisory services.

Here I share the knowledge and experience I have gathered throughout my work life. Especially the 25 years in leadership positions, when I focused on developing people and teams, strategy, communication, marketing and external relations.

I held positions such as Nordic Business Executive Officer, Nordic Head of Communication and Marketing Development and Marketing Manager at Nestlé, where I was for 23 years. Before that I held European and Nordic marketing roles at Avery Dennison for 4 years.

I established SISIO ApS because I could see a great need for coaching of leaders and specialists. Regardless of whether they had questions and needed coaching about leadership, career, business strategy or making life and work life fit better together.

Especially the latter + the importance of knowing oneself and one’s values are often focal points in my conversations. Because I look at the importance of the whole person. Both for the sake of the individual and for the company.

Today, I coach and advise both leaders and specialists who work with marketing and all other professional areas. Because my clients most often come with topics and questions that require a bird’s-eye view to see new solutions and possibilities. Rarely do I get questions that require detailed knowledge of a functional expertise area. And many of the questions we use to find the new paths are the same – regardless of industry or profession.
