Strategy Coaching
– When You Need a New Strategy
Are you at a crossroads and unsure which strategy will be best going forward?
You might be considering:
- Selling your business
- Entering new markets or narrowing your target audience
- Expanding or reducing the range of services or products
Or maybe you are forced to change the way you work now because the market has changed. Or you need to change your sales and marketing strategy to keep up.
When something has been running well for many years, it can be difficult to make the decision to change the strategy. Many mistakenly think that you know what you have, but not what you will get. And this is a fallacy because it assumes that the world around us remains the same. And it does not. Therefore, you often need to change strategy precisely to preserve what you have. For example:
- A healthy and profitable business
- Skilled and loyal employees
- Satisfied customers who return
And of course, you want that.
But how do you ensure that you will also have this in the future when the world changes?
Yes, that is something you can find out through strategy coaching. Possibly with me.
Draw on 25+ Years of Experience
My name is Susanne Würtz Waltenburg, and I have over 25 years of experience from large companies. The reason my experience can benefit you is not due to the size of the companies I have worked in, but the number of complex tasks I have solved.
Together we will review your options. And because our conversations are solely focused on this, we have plenty of time to go through what is likely to happen depending on which strategy you choose. You can then make an informed decision – while also having me as an external sparring partner if you need it when implementing the new initiatives.
Through many years as a leader, I have found that one question is always invaluable in strategy and leadership work. And that is the question of what purpose you have and what values are most important to you. I know how difficult it is to work – and lead others – in conflict with one’s own values. Therefore, I will always thoroughly ask about your purpose and values during the process. Sometimes the purpose can provide the answer to whether you should go in a certain direction at all. Other times, the values tell you which way to go. For example, whether tasks should be handled internally or externally.
If you are considering strategy coaching with me, we will start with a free introductory conversation of up to one hour so that I can learn more about the choices you face. If we both determine that I will be the right coach for you after the conversation, we will plan the upcoming course, and you will answer the following questions via email:
- If you were to give this program an overall title, what would it be?
- What topics do you want us to cover in this program?
- What goals do you want to achieve with this program?
This way, I can plan the entire program – and my questions – according to your goals and considerations, ensuring that we cover everything.
If you begin to implement the new strategy during the program, we cannot determine in advance exactly where you will need sparring along the way. We will clarify this together as you progress.
The sessions primarily take place at my office, Ole Suhrs Gade 21, basement left, 1354 Copenhagen K.
If you prefer to meet online instead, online meetings are also an option. However, I recommend that we meet in person for the first session if possible.
All sessions last 2 hours.
