In other words: The culture and values of the company determine its success, regardless of what was decided at a strategy meeting. Therefore, you must be clear about your values and how, individually and collectively, you ensure they are lived out every single day. Otherwise, the strategy is meaningless.
Creating a new culture requires continuous effort and support from everyone. The most important step is to articulate the values you want to uphold together and what you mean and expect from each other in living them out. And, of course, to live by them.

The only constant in our changing world is that the world changes.
Therefore, it is essential to organize workplaces accordingly. At the same time, it is crucial to ensure psychological safety in the workplace and work life, as feeling safe is very important to employees.
In this talk, I provide examples of how progressive companies organize work so that employees thrive in a changing world. I also offer concrete suggestions on what individual leaders and employees can do themselves.
